The latest edition is posted on the website. You may</div> <div> enter whichever Region you prefer. Lists of qualifiers will be</div> <div> posted on the ALSA website. All ALSA Champions and ROMs</div> <div> are automatically qualified. Ultimate Youth awardees are</div> <div> automatically qualified for all Youth Classes. Superior Awardees</div> <div> are automatically qualified for that particular class.</div> <div> HALTER CLASSES: <FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Times-Roman" >Each llama must be entered in its</FONT></div> <div> appropriate age and wool division at the time of the Regional</div> <div> Championship Show, regardless of the age or wool division in</div> <div> which it initially qualified. If you qualified at a show where wool</div> <div> divisions were combined (Light/Medium or Medium/Heavy) you</div> <div> must choose the correct division for the regional show.</div> <div> YOUTH CLASSES: <FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Times-Roman" >In the Llama or Alpaca Youth Classes,</FONT></div> <div> the same animal MUST be used that the youth qualified with</div> <div> during the current show season.</div> <div> PRODUCE OF DAM & GET OF SIRE: <FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Times-Roman" >All Get of Sire</FONT></div> <div> and Produce of Dam regional class entries must include get and</div> <div> produce that have been part of a qualifying Get of Sire or Produce</div> <div> of Dam entry at an ALSA show. Any other offspring of the same</div> <div> sire or dam may be shown provided the offspring has been shown</div> <div> at an ALSA Show during the current ALSA year. These offspring</div> <div> must be recorded with ALSA.</div> <div> Juveniles shown for the first time at a regional championship</div> <div> show are not eligible to be shown as part of a Produce</div> <div> or Get entry.</div> <div> SPONSORS: Check your regional information sheets for</div> <div> opportunities to help sponsor classes, championships or</div> <div> special show awards.</div> <div> ALPACAS: <FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Times-Roman" >Will show in Advanced Alpaca or Youth Alpaca</FONT></div> <div> Classes at the Regional Show even if they qualified in a</div> <div> combined alpaca/llama class during the current show season.</div> <div> POINTS: <FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Times-Roman" >Points awarded for Regional Championship shows</FONT></div> <div> will be doubled.</div> <div> PERFORMANCE DIVISIONS: <FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Times-Roman" >A llama may show in one</FONT></div> <div> Performance Division (Youth or Advanced), except for an animal</div> <div> entered in Pleasure or Obstacle Driving. Those animals may</div> <div> show in Advanced Performance or Youth Classes and in one or</div> <div> both Classes of the Driving Division.</div> <div> ADVANCED PACK CLASS: <FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Times-Roman" >For llamas </FONT>36 <FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Times-Roman" >months</FONT></div> <div> and over, each exhibitor must have their own pack weighted so</div> <div> that the total weight of the pack is 40 pounds minimum.</div> <div> Alpacas 36 months and older must carry a pack system with a</div> <div> total weight of 10 lbs. The panniers are to be bulked out with</div> <div> newspaper.</div> <div> For llamas and alpacas 5 through 35 months, each exhibitor</div> <div> must have their own pack filled out with lightweight bulky</div> <div> items.</div> <div> REFUND: <FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Times-Roman" >No refunds will be paid after the deadline for</FONT></div> <div> entry.</div> <div> STALLS: <FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Times-Roman" >Stalls will be pre-assigned by the regional staff.</FONT></div> <div> FARM DISPLAY: <FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Times-Roman" >Check your Regional information</FONT></div> <div> sheet for the availability and cost of farm displays.</div> <div> ADVERTISING: Check your regional information</div> <div> sheet for the availability and cost of advertising in</div> <div> the show program.</div> <div> JUVENILES: Juveniles <FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Times-Roman" >do not have to pre qualify for</FONT></div> <div> Regionals.
